You can skip your next subscription order at any time through your Neutonic account.
To ensure your next order is affected, please make any changes at least 5 days before your next billing date.
To skip your next order:
- Sign in to your Neutonic account.
- Select the subscription you'd like to manage.
- Click Skip.
- Choose whether you'd like to Skip 2 weeks or Skip 4 weeks.
- Click Confirm.
Your next billing date will automatically update to reflect your selected delivery date.
Want to send your next order as a gift?
Instead of skipping your next delivery, you can choose Gift This Order. This allows you to send your upcoming subscription order to someone else while keeping your subscription active.
