Once your return has been received by our warehouse, it will be inspected to confirm the products are unopened, sealed and suitable for resale, in line with our Returns Policy.

If the return is approved, you'll receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued.

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order was returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded automatically to your original payment method once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse.
