International shipping & customsUpdated 14 days ago
If you're ordering from outside one of our local fulfilment regions, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT or customs processing fees.
These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not collected or controlled by Neutonic, so we're unable to calculate or waive them before your order is placed.
Orders to the European Union
From 1 July 2026, EU customs rules changed. Orders sent to the EU may now be subject to customs duty regardless of the order value.
Please note:
- Import VAT may still apply where applicable.
- Customs duty is a separate charge from VAT.
- Any customs charges are determined by your local customs authority.
- Customs processes and charges can vary between EU member states.
If you'd like to understand what charges may apply before placing your order, we recommend checking with your local customs authority.
Refused deliveries
If you choose not to pay any customs charges and your order is returned to us, we'll refund the cost of the products once they have been received and inspected by our warehouse.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any return fees charged by the carrier or customs authority will be deducted from your refund.
