- Orders are delivered via a blended local courier service, primarily Aramex.
- We currently ship directly within the UAE. Orders to other Middle East countries are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
International Deliveries
International deliveries can occasionally take longer than expected due to factors outside of our control, including:

- Border controls
- Flight or transport delays
- Local courier processing
- Public holidays

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.
- Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched.
- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier and delays can occasionally occur.
- If a delivery cannot be completed and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we'll automatically refund the cost of the products once they have been received back. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tracking information may take up to 1–2 business days to become active after your order has been dispatched.
