Do I have to pay customs or import charges?Updated 14 days ago

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost paid at checkout.

Whether any charges apply, and how much they are, depends on your country's import regulations.

Please note:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We cannot predict or control any charges that may be applied.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

European Union

Customers ordering to the European Union may be required to pay import charges when their order arrives. Customs procedures vary between countries, so the amount and collection process may differ depending on your local customs authority.

Australia and other international destinations

International orders, including those shipped to Australia from our UK warehouse, may also be subject to customs duties, taxes or import processing fees depending on the contents and value of your order.

If customs require any additional information or payment, they'll usually contact you directly before your parcel can be released for delivery.

If you have any questions about customs charges before placing your order, we recommend checking with your local customs authority for the latest guidance.
